Steamed Mushroom Chicken with Black Fungus and Wolfberries

Working from Home, here’s a quick fix meal recipe for you. Perfect with fluffy rice!


Ingredients

1 Chicken Thigh, deboned

8 button mushroom, halved

8 dried black fungus, rehydrated

1 tbsp wolfberries, rehydrated

½ Chinese sausage, sliced (optional)


Seasonings:

1 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp light soy sauce (you can use fish sauce for umami)

3 tbsp Shaoxing Wine

1 tbsp sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Method:

  1. Marinate the all the ingredients with the seasoning for 30mins. You can also pre-marinate the night before and leave it in the fridge.

  2. Place seasoned ingredients into a plate, and steam for 20mins.
